Having trouble logging in?
Mantraist securely uses only Google Authentication. We do not use or store passwords. If you are having trouble accessing your account, please check your Google account permissions or try clearing your browser cache.
Delete your account:
Go to Settings > Account Management and select Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data (including tasks, projects, and active Client Portals) will be permanently removed within 48 business hours.
Importing tasks:
Direct imports from apps like Todoist or Trello are not yet available, but we’re working on it. For now, you can copy and paste your tasks directly into your task list.
Deleted a task by mistake?
At the moment, there is no “Trash” or recovery option. Please use caution when deleting tasks. A task history and recovery feature is planned for a future update.
AI Limit Reached?
During our beta, users are limited to 150 AI Agent requests per day. This limit resets every 24 hours.
Client Portal Issues:
If your client cannot see specific tasks in their portal, ensure you have effectively marked those tasks as "Visible" from within Freelance Mode.
