a) Personal Information

• Email address – collected when you sign up or log in using Google authentication.
• Profile information – such as your name and Google profile picture, received when you log in with Google, used only for authentication and to personalize your experience.

b) User Content & Productivity Data

• Tasks, descriptions, due dates, scheduled times, and priority levels you create.
• Your Top 3 tasks, Momentum cycle progress, and your selected Boss Task.
• Client names, project details, and payment statuses related to Freelance Mode.

c) AI Agent Data

• Public URLs you submit for link summaries.
• Content from CSV files or meeting notes you upload for analysis.
• Prompts and context provided for email drafts.

d) Technical and Session Information

• Cookies – used to manage login sessions securely.
• Session storage – tracks active timers, momentum states, and prevents data loss when navigating.
• Device and browser information – IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the app – authentication, task management, Momentum timers, AI automation, and Client Portals.
• To process AI requests – sending your specific inputs to third-party AI providers to generate summaries, insights, and drafts.
• To maintain and improve services – performance monitoring, error debugging, tracking usage for fair AI request limits.
• To communicate with you – support requests, updates, and important service notifications.

We do not use your personal information for advertising, nor do we sell your data to third parties.

3. Cookies and Session Storage

Mantraist uses cookies and session storage to:

• Keep you logged in securely during your session
• Store temporary information like active timers and uncompleted task states
• Enhance your app experience by preventing data loss

We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy:

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.
• AI Providers: We share specific inputs (e.g., CSVs, URLs, meeting notes) with trusted AI providers to fulfill your automation requests. We do not permit them to use your data to train their public models.
• Client Portals: Data marked as visible in Freelance Mode is accessible to anyone with the portal link.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe. Technical logs may be kept temporarily for security and troubleshooting.

6. Your Rights

You may have rights to:

• Access personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
