Welcome to Mantraist (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our application and services, you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using Mantraist.

• Create an account using Google authentication or email/password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately.

By using Mantraist, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s functionality or security.
• Upload or store malicious code, spam, or inappropriate content.
• Use another person’s account without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your Content

You own the tasks, notes, and information you add to Mantraist. By using the service, you grant us a limited right to store and process your content for the purpose of operating the app. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Mantraist name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our service without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mantraist is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. We are not responsible for productivity outcomes, task completion, or reliance on the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Mantraist. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount (if any) you paid us for using the service (currently free).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or for security reasons.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. The updated Terms will always be available at /terms.
